... an archway in the rocks and the sound is amazing! It was a misty day with the sun coming through just in time for pictures of the Punchbowl. Locals say it's a funny year as the mist coming in is early and doesn't come till October usually. Arriving back in Lincoln City we went to Jennifer Sears glass gallery and workshop. I was thrilled to be able to make and blow my own glass ball. There were options of making glass paperweights in heart shapes or round, a candle holder, glass ...

... and Laura were so excited. It's amazing how fast the sun goes down on the horizon. They told me they had never seen anything like it before - they were so excited that we were on the ocean.

You could hear the ocean with the sliding glass door open, and it was a wonderful breeze, as the house was actually a little warm. Rodger and I had to be in the water more than we wanted, as our two little guys, Caleb and Jacob, both liked to inch ...

Found a really cute pale salmon colored sweater at Nordstrom Rack and then browsed a few more places before the 9 blocks back home. Weather cool and overcast but no rain. Fixed a supper of sliced green pepper, sliced tomato, fried asparagus and pepper jack cheese toasted in Artisan Bread. Very ...

... then and after eating went to Gary’s place for a bit before driving back to Woodburn for the night.

June 20, 2014-Friday—We were up and going computer stuff and talking. I took some photos of Suzie for her Facebook page. I was planning to leave about 1 to go to my high school class lunch and about 11 I happened to glance into my date book—and it said 11:30 for the lunch. Called Donna and it was 11:30. I quickly ...

... 8211; still cool but glassy seas and blue sky are great! After breakfast we took the smallest boat out to a small island, just .2 miles from his dock! It had one geocache on it and I wanted to get it. I am following the GPS when Bud says, what is that over on that ledge, and it is the cache, in an ammo box. Not where it should be, but signed log and took it back to the spot it should be-out of sight of non geo eyes. Next a boat ride around the large inlet that ...
