During Iris’ nap the boys headed over to find a tv at the campground to watch a little Father’s Day Nascar racing.       Felt a lot more confident riding today and was able to cruise down the blues with decent speed although there were a few moments where I nearly lost it. Luckily I didn't because it would've hurt! Did you know most accidents happen with intermediates because they're less cautious than beginners and think they're as good as advanced riders, when they're not.

      ... I flagged down a husband and wife who were driving in a jeep. They stopped and I asked them if I could catch a ride up into Big Cottonwood Canyon. They informed me I still had a while to go, probably several miles and the uphill terrain would be very difficult. They agreed to give me a ride at least to the top of the mountain.
