... less than 6 months. 6 months or more out of country and their medical insurance is cut off. Their dress and their speech don't give any hint of being Canucks. What I think as Canadian accents may come from provinces a little farther east than B.C.

Then Supervisor Dennis Hansberger during his first term in office said the concerns were that Grand Terrace had no tax base -- meaning little sales tax revenue and an insufficient amount of property taxes -- to pay for city services.

But Hansberger supported the city and helped obtain the $28,000 needed for a feasibility study.

Initial plans for the road trip were to begin on the new year and although we did not depart for our journey on the western tradition, it just happened to fall on the start of the Chinese New Year. The year of the rabbit is said to be an amicable time. Road trips are perfect means to enjoy a more easy going lifestyle.

Our starting miles clocked in at 53,220.7 miles. We expect to go about 17,000 miles or so but we'll see where we end up ...

... with Youth Hope thanks to a friend of mine and it has been such a rewarding experience and also an opportunity to learn/grow because it is not associated with disabilities directly. I thought I would not be able to do this kind of thing but I have surprised myself over the semester.

Then right after that training we had an overnight retreat for the Intervarsity chapter on campus. It was a lot of fun hanging ...
