... gate system (this heavy blue gate system contains about half of this room which is about 5m x 5m) to line up again to be told to go upstairs to window 3 for an international permit. Well that made sense... Although nobody was at window 3, likely at lunch, well it was a further wait, during the wait we chatted to all the other customers who were experiencing the same .. get sent here, get sent there.. finally after waiting and speaking to the very stern manager window 3 turns up. ...
