... out of the way it's time for the days events, sorry to bore you. Our decision not to get air con the night before was a foolish one, as our room had heated rocks in the corner and a fat Swedish man basting away and thus turned it into a sauna.. ... remembered us when we walked past his jewellery stall yesterday. He is hilarious, I wanted a little elephant and a necklace and was trying to pay, but he just kept singing "coral, coral, coral elephant". He was so nice though, he gave us all a bracelet free yesterday and today he gave Jenna an elephant necklace... Nice but mad!

... trying: I somehow managed to volunteer, but never again. It is the sort of thing that makes my brain hurt a lot! But at least I now know what we stock and were it is, in cupboard outside my cabin, in small emergency bag, in big orange emergency bag in doctors drug box or in fridge! So I sit here typing away to the sounds of Phil Collins, courtesy of some bevvied up Brits abroad who seem to have given the bar an ultimatum, which is to play the CD on repeat or get ya heads kicked in. Well the staff here have submitted and next time I do Karaoke I know what I'll be singing. Who knows what the rest of the night will bring. Tomorrow I'll be going into Gaulle town centre to have a look around. Can't beach it all the time.
