A breakfast fit for a Maharaja. The choice was enormous but everything I chose my travelling companion said would be bad for my 'condition' which is now into its 5th day. I chose to ignore and had my mango juice and cubed pineaple and melon before lining my delicate stomach with some toast and cheese.
