Took the scenic railway down from Auckland and stopped halfway at Ohakune. Realized it is not a good place to be without a car, really, because from the description it seemed like you could do a lot of hiking right from the town, but actually most of the trails started at least 7 to 14 km from the town.

So suchte ich nach einem Wanderweg. „Der muss doch umsonst sein", dachte ich mir. Zum Glück war er das auch. Ich ging zu einem Lookout. Doch aus dem Lookout, wurde ein Out! Ich konnte nichts sehen, außer mal wieder Nebel. Somit gibt es leider auch keine Bilder.

... With that many people i wasn't even gonna bother trying to get to know everyone. So just like in prison (NOT talking from experience! Lol), it was time to decide to become a social outcast or join a gang. I decided with the latter, lol.
