The morning started with a trip to Starbucks . . . I drove this time, as there was a pretty good downpour!! BTW, we had water again!!

Our intentions were that we would say goodbye and hit the road, but when we got to Nick & Connie's, she had prepared a complete breakfast for us . . . so we stayed to enjoy it and visit a bit more.

It was warm and sunny all day. Surprise.... No trips to the store today! The little ones took up a mean game of badminton in the afternoon. Laurie and I were the seekers. All of the kids took off to find a hiding place. Riley and McKenna travelled together. Riley dressed her in camouflage and took off for the back of the island. First person found was Katie, then Mckenna #2. Pretty soon Conners head popped up and we got him too. ...

We were up early today and left the campground by 8 a.m. We are heading to the Upper Peninsula but will stop half way. Made a reservation at a KOA in Roscommon at Higgins Lake. Along the way we traveled Interstate 75 and saw lots of beautiful farmland along the way. Some of it reminded me of PA's Amish Country, Nice and flat/green and you can see for miles on the open road. As we get closer to the campground, the scenary ...
