          ... La Ruka. We rented bikes for 2500€ each. We then went into town and ate at a place that had Caribbean style chicken. It was fantastic. Afterwards we rode back to La Ruka. We got back to La Ruka and Greg said if I could get Exotica for cheaper he would be fine staying there Friday and Saturday night. They do a really nice soup nearly everywhere here which has a tomato and chilli base and contains tortilla, avocado, cheese and sometimes chicken. I've had it twice now and love it.           I'm getting seriously aggravated by people not listening to me either. They'll get OTT about there sloth not eating much and I'll tell them that they often don't eat that much of a particular meal and then they'll go and tell Dusty that their sloth isn't eating and she will tell them exactly the same thing as I did.
