    ... the DOX Contemporary Art Gallery. Here there were two main exhibits, one commemorating WW1 and another by the architect Martin Rajnis, of various wooden towers and buildings. We spent about an hour before returning to our hostel. (Mr H: the most remarkable bit, to my mind, was the huge red skull, about 20 feet across, attached to a large arm and crane, on top of the building, circling like a aircraft control tower.)

    ... is definitely not as neat-- and organized as Germany, houses are not as well maintained. Ceske Krumlove is a world heritage site and a beautiful town.
