Kelly decided at noon she hadn't had enough yet..incredible. So she was on line for the lift and the operator checking passes looked at her tickets and told her she has a morning-only ticket and she has to leave the line...she's 90! She has a pin on her jacket that tells everyone she's 90! She skies for free anyway! Nope. Kicked out. When I heard this story, I have to admit I laughed pretty hard. She was in good spirits ...
Day two was a little bit like day one, and I have no problem with that.
It was another early start to the day, however this morning came with a few more aches and fatigue than yesterday. No matter, we were determined to be the first on the lift and get first tracks.
We ate our breakfast quicker than usual to get to mountain as fast as possible. We thought the first chair was at 8:00 a.m., so ...
... quality time together doing something we both love and enjoy, we get to do it with a great group of individuals who also share our passion.
Now, it doesn't stop with skiing on the mountain. Just today, we have gone skiing for about four hours, hit the weights in the gym, enjoyed the outdoor pool, and took a breather in the sauna (all of which are on the grounds of the Bethel Inn).

On the east side, there were two trail options for reaching the summit: Lions Head or Tuckerman Ravine. Locals told us there was too much snow on the Tuckerman trail, so the Lion's Head was recommended. Too much snow?! Hell yes!
