The volunteers who take you round the ship are excellent with loads of stories, there was an American Botanist Joseph Banks who paid $10,000 dollars to be on the Endeavour, that was massive money back then. Then we went to the Sydney Aquarium, I love Aquariums and have been to a lot over the past 4 months. Cape Town and Dubai were the best I've seen (for different reasons).       ... Bondi to get a bus from there instead. It was so hilly and our muscles were already feeling the strain. We recognised the scene from the top of the road and was able to pinpoint our location from here, taking a familiar walk back towards another bus stop.       ... a cappuccino with soy milk and a carrot cake. The last one I always wanted to try but I was affraid it would taste like ... carrot. But it didn't! I took place outside and the cake was AMAZING!!!! The lady of the bakery called : "Soy cappuccino for Nathalie? "

      New Year's Eve is fast approaching. We have paid for a place to see the fireworks as many venues are already booked. There are many vantage points and our lookout will be great. There are 3 sessions, 9:00 pm, 10:30 pm and midnight of course. We are so looking forward to it. We had a lovely lunch with Mike Patti's cousin who lives in Campbellton, about 50 minutes from Sydney and I have included pictures of the italian feast. Such generous and wonderful people. Viva ...
