      ... the time we boarded it was 6-30pm and at three quarter time in the Showdown the Crows were ten points up. We were very relieved when on touchdown in Adelaide I had a text message from Lucy telling me that the Crows had won by 23!

      A nice week, away from the cold and another Pacific country to add to my list. Add to that renewing acquaintance with old friends and enjoyable competition and a good time was had by all!

      ... hot dog stand where my wife spotted some lorikeet parrots that were obviously regular guests of this establishments and were using the chairs and tables.

      the difficult night got to us and in the afternoon went back to hotel to regenerate and re-charge our batteries for the tough flight ahead. well, it was 4 flights over 36 hours to get to Vienna. first we had to fly to Kuala Lumpur, than to Abu Dhabi, than to Rome and finally to Vienna.
