... ride can get you through 6 different states. This definitely couldn't happen in Oz. We've been from New York, to New Jersey, Philadelphia, Delaware, Maryland and we are so close to DC. We're only spending a few days here (leaving on Tuesday) and we know we have a lot to fit in. But we are looking forward to it. Missing you all in Oz and elsewhere. Not long now and we'll be home. We miss you a lot, but a few more weeks in the states wouldn't go astray ;) Love M&M ...

A grey day today but we managed to miss the rain, wandered a few shops and then checked out and headed off for the cruise pier to board Oceania Marina. Traffic was very heavy, the Intrepid Navy & Air museum next to the ship was proving abig draw,a maybe a spot to go on our next visit. They have a space shuttle and Concorde all aboard a warship. Marina looks quite tiny alongside but we are soon onboard and head to the buffet for lunch until our cabin is ...

We also saw a clock that froze at the moment 1,500 people lost their lives. When the first tower collapsed, electricity was blown out throughout the area. This clock - frozen at 10.02am - was found in a small room below Ground Zero in the Path subway station that was badly damaged. 10.02am was the time the first tower collapsed.

First week in NYC, three hangovers in a row :) I guess, people here usually drink 24/7 unless they booze even more ^^ Central Park rocks, 9/11 Memorial is hilarious particularly since I'm totally fond of wells. Went to the Pacha club yesterday, DJ whatsoever, came home 5:30 am. Honestly? I hate these clubs ;) At least you can order a beer for 10 ...
