    ... the next day, so decided to stay on an extra night and make the most of the peaceful town and scenic views. After a much needed lie-in and a very chilled start to the day, we eventually decided to walk/hike up to one of the area’s many waterfalls.     ... the throngs of leaf peepers would descend on the Kanc. I was energized by the scent of fresh pine and the glorious mountain vistas. My only care in the world was Surly's slipping gears.
