In order to do so a night shift of up to an hour was randomly given to the whole team, fortunately this time I landed myself a 930 start.           ... at sunset. Had an interesting visit with the general manager about the problems of running a restaurant when the temperature gets to 100+ degrees.

          Back to room for more beer and wine and worked on stories. Did discover that I had not pushed the refrigerator flush against the wall and the baboons had tried to get in but were not able to get anything! Nice sleep in bed after couple of weeks in tent.

          We do not find these beautiful creatures and no one is surprised as they are very rare here. We are disappointed only a tiny bit. How could one feel let down after our commune with the rhino? We learn about termite mounds. They are like icebergs with just a bit of themselves visible above ground. They are not considered bad things around here but, perhaps, that's because there are no houses.
