      ... with the same theme in the morning on their veranda until it was time for us to hit the road with some great tips on where to visit on the way down the Gold Coast.

      It was so great to meet up with our dear friend again after all these years and hope our paths will indeed cross again one day.

      We noticed he didn’t look up a computer or use a phone, nor did he take down our details in case it turned up. I guess they had our prints by now, so will be able to track us down ,LOL!!

      However he kindly gave us details of how to find the police station in tewantin. Just turn left by the servo…….

      ... definitely wasn't a sit on the beach kind of day. We cycled in convoy around Noosa to the main beach, had some lunch and watched some surfing. It was really quite chilly and the rain clouds had started to appear. On to a viewpoint overlooking Noosa that demanded powerful thighs to get us up the never ending hills.       How happy am I. A couch to sit on, a big kitchen to cook in. A bed I can stretch out in, and best of all, animals to look after. It's so nice to go for a walk with a dog again.       ... the town, stopping at a strange ice cream shop. Resembling a strange laboratory of strewing mist. With the novel idea of freezing ice cream instantly with liquid nitrogen before your eyes.
