... visiting the reclining Buddha in Wat Po I thought my day would be better spent getting my hair done. So I did. I was incredibly nervous the whole way through as I didn't really know what I'd agreed to. But it was a success and my roots are no more! I didn't get my hair cut in hope that it won't grow anymore!! Penang The train journey was better than the sleeper buses we had done in the past, strange feeling going through immigration on the train, we got off had our passports stamped then got back on the same train that hadn't moved and we were in a different country, it all went smoothly until they tried pulling off with all the ramps still down. I was editing a shameless selfie of myself from outside Patronas Towers, I hadn't managed to actually get ...

Bangkok with mother

... we went and sat by the pool in the sunshine trying to take in the fact we was both here together in Thailand, was soo happy! When 10:30 came around we checked into our room, mum brought me chocolate and angle cakes, I'm on top of the world! Emily also sent me a cute little present of a necklace, it's beautiful! Eating a angle cake in the room was perfect! We then decided to venture out into the big wide world of Bangkok, some overly friend American went through the map with ...
