    ... planes.We were quite chuffed that we actually found our way to the right road.

    We have stopped for the night in Leavenworth. This is Bavaria in America. All the places are built as in Bavaria with window boxes and heaps of flowers. Our hotel room is full of furniture that has flowers painted on it. We went out to dinner and I had a wiener snitzel which was good and we were serenaded by a bloke playing the piano accordion.     ... place which I forget the name of, good ice cream too. We kept following the road and we ended up on a ferry which took us over to the town of Everett. and then crossed the Highway 5 and headed east towards Mount Baker. It was a beautiful drive through the mountains. We saw a church that was so small it would only fit two people in it. We also saw a place which had a fence build from old Snow ski"s..all on the wrong side of the road with too much traffic to stop ...
