    ... life. We have been trying to fit as much in as possible during the day, which has left us exhausted at the end of the day. We usually pull into camp after dark and leave early in the morning. It was really nice to actually put down the awning and sit in the shade. Icicle Creek flows through a portion of the campground and our campsite is located just up hill from the creek.

    ... my rearview mirror, it was the young couple that got to the ranger station right after we left. At the trailhead we both parked and they raced out of there up the trail. I think they actually wanted to be the first to the abandoned ranger station on one of the peaks...cool.
