    Day 5: Hiking Appalachian Trail (at Fontana Dam). Then swim & rope swing at Cable Cove. Free.

    ... to eat often and Ashley struggled with her. After 15-20 mins, the owner took action and brought Ashley up and tethered her horse to his. She enjoyed the rest of her ride and his prompt action prevented her frustration.

    Day 3: Treasure Hunting!

    ... We ended up paying for Will and myself and the kids helped. So we had 4 buckets between us. Had to dig our own dirt from a little "tunnel". Apparently, this was all native dirt, meaning no gems had been planted here to allow for instant gratification.

    ... put the little ones in the creek a little lower down so they could skip the faster rapids which scared them. The rest of us loved the adrenaline rush of the first section.

    The last section is pretty calm so Phan let Esen ride in his own tube and do the last section 3 or 4 times - which he loved. Before this, he sat in either Phan or Thao's lap.
