As everyone went to their tents, the 7 of us in the (6 person) shelter could sit against the back wall and enjoy the fire from our sleeping bags while a light rain fell. It was incredibly pleasant. Notes: Came with onions and 3 buttermilk pancakes also

Comments: It was good but not as good as I hoped. There wasn't enough substance to the omelet. The pancakes were just average.

Overall Impression: Below average omelet with average ...

... little something extra that you're always looking for in every meal. And what looks like a scoop of ice cream on the side (how glorious would that be) turns out to be enough butter to drive a Cadillac through a dog house.

Overall Impression: Most amazing pancakes I've ate in my entire life. Wish I lived closer so I could partake more.
