Day Four - Giraffe sucking Hyena bone
... dining room and there was a delightful viewing deck where you could see the ocean.
The kids hollered with delight at the tents and after unpacking their clothes they were off to explore. We discussed the activities available for the next day and decided to go straight on and ocean explorer to snorkel in the sea.

DAY One - Fizzy Drunk with Excitement
... had little picnic. We had Biltong and Fynn called it 'donkey's willy’. Then we started off again and on our way back to the Lodge, Mandla (our spotter) spotted in the dark the eyes of a leopard number three of the big Five. it was amazing how close it was to reception and to us. This and That
... where the reserve is located is small. Most of the townspeople are farmers or do the basic other duties that is found in a small town. We go into town, to the Cricket Club, once a week for dinner, drinking, and dancing. Although apartaid is finished, the Cricket Club is mainly for the white South Africans in the area.
