... then walked to the post office to get our new phone covers (exciting right!!). On the way back we sat on the big rocks by the river and just enjoyed the sun and the views....in the afternoon we headed to the gym to check it out and ended up signing up as it's the most reasonably prices place around.

Thursday - I took Darren for his first ever proper gym session!!! I was pretty excited to get my hands on the ...

Afterwards we went to Walmart to get a big fan as the screen on our windows don't allow much breeze in and it can get pretty hot!

Darren also got a little sketch book as I keep telling him how good he is at drawing but he doesn't' think so....now he has a sketch book he can practice more and see how good he really ...

It was so lucky to reach the Rockies when the Aspen trees were wearing their golden colour. It does not happen for long so I enjoy my week there with Pickles and for few days with Theo before he flew back to London.
My french friends would say that the Rockies don't have the majesty of the french Alps but I love their softness and the fact that you can reach the summit within few hours but still can climb verticals ...

... of ways: skiing at high speeds up to 130km through challenging turns, shallow dips, flats, and jumps. This course had all these elements in it, as well as a big jump intended to complicate matters just before the finish, which was thrill both for the racer and the spectators.

Once again we sat at the back of the stadium and this time we were joined by Austrian supporters. We cheered, rang our cowbells (obligatory for skiing) and ...
