... in the area offered up her lake house and boat to us today, so after building we all went to her house and it was glorious. The water was refreshing (and dirty), we ate, I finished my book (Orphan Train, it's great), ate some food, chit chatted and went on a boat ride. Today was awesome. The perfect 40-mile, mostly downhill recovery spin through a national park, sprinkled with swim holes, creeks, and bridge jumping/rope swings en route. I joined Taylor, Jamie, Annie, and Alicia for this beautiful day and we cruised the first 20 miles, stopping briefly for some sunrise yoga with the the Great Smokey Mountains as our "studio."
