... and we found a barely used Coleman stove for $5!!! Just need to get some white gas....yeah....not much else that would fit in the car! On to Detroit Lakes, MN, for a picnic of fresh veggies and fruit....finally...We stopped in a Walmart for some fresh food and headed down to a park by the beach. Lots of people camping in tents and there we were sitting in our motor home nice and dry watching a movie and eating popcorn! Too bad for the rain, we were hoping to see the Northern Lights.

Covered 4 states today. Stopped in Memphis at Mud Island and took a walk down Beale street. Stopped by Graceland. Ran thru Mississippi. On to Huntsville. 305 miles today. Over 1400 miles so far. Highlights: "Walking in Memphis, walking with my feet 10 feet off of Beale" as the song goes. Some really cool stuff there. Reminds me of New Orleans...the smell anyway... Mississippi - State sign says "Birthplace of American Music". I'm guessing the first jug and washtub band was ...
