... 32 mins, and still I was hurting by the end. I just wanted to end the darn thing and get back and drench myself in ice water.

Castaway Cay is charming. It's super clean and there's plenty of lounge chairs etc. You can rent bikes, inner tubes, and snorkel gear. The kids loved going down the water slides, just not the salt water. Haha! They do offer life vests for those who aren't swimmers or just want one in various sizes. Both my kids ...

    ... warming.

Around noonish, we get off the ship and check-out downtown Nassau. It's very similar to other places I've been in the Caribbean. Once you exit the port, there are several vendors selling things. Not ideal...but it ...

... After lunch, we met our butler and arranged dinner for 7 pm in the courtyard. We then went to the pool area (see photo). As you enter, you see a the beautiful gardens in the distance leading up to a series of arches. It was cool. The fitness club was to the left of the pool and they had a full bar and restaurant on the other side of the pool. We got seats in the shade as i was already burned (due to the ...

... though, I was a little scared. There was not many people out and about and it was really dark outside. Trevor and I explored for a little bit, but not much was open and my thoughts about tourists getting mugged were getting the best of me. Especially when a guy came up to us and somehow got some money from us. Anyway, we stopped into this pub, which was a total dive from the outside, but on ...
