... exhausted after this trip and decided that we should just eat dinner and get ready for tomorrow. While at dinner our friendly waiter gave us some Creole lessons. Steve had a lot of fun trying to mimic the accent and we all had a good laugh. Tomorrow we are travelling to beaches of Caye Caulker. Our journey’s sun is starting to set so it is now time for us to take it easy and Caye Caulker is supposed to be one of the best places for that. Ya don’ sa’ it!

Since arriving in Belize… we don’t understand why.. but we seem to bring great joy to the people! We went on a walk to find the swimming hole in the lonely planet, which proved harder than anticipated, but almost every local we met seemed to find us hilarious. ... but I got to see a few of the kids. They were super cute and very curious about the delivery I had for them. Upon returning to Cornerstone, I met the principal and vice principal of Eden Primary who had gone looking for me! They thanked me for dropping off the supplies and asked if I could stop by the school sometime and help out. I had lunch with all of the volunteers, employees and members of the community in our big kitchen. Every day ...

The food was great as we were all starved. A few beers at the bar next to Mayawalk tours I was done so went back to lay down. I did turn of the TV and have a flick through the channels and found one that was actually playing an Aussie rules game - Hawks v's Blues at the G - looked like a beautiful day and I got a little homesick!

Through total acceptance of being a sinner and repentance by accepting the free gift of salvation and eternity in heaven in the presence of God. When is the last time you have truly seen just the scripture preached nothing but Gods word , no quotes, no funny videos, no icebreakers , the simple truth of Gods word. They network heavily with pre-existing organizations, missions, churches, and orphanages in order to best accomplish the tasks at hand and help Belizeans, all the while striving to build strong relationships with the people they encounter. They aren't involved strictly in charity work either, they strongly support balanced education for children, which is one of the only long ...

It was a nice walk along the edge of the river but Mike would have liked more information about the plants and what they are used for. After that walk it was another 3 kms to get to the Belize Botanical garden. This was started in 1993 as an orchard to introduce different tropical fruits; following that in 1997 it was expanded to show all Belizean plants and trees. We did a self guided walk ...
