Very average food, filthy chair coverings and airless dormitories. Plus only two showers and toilets to share between everyone. Not impressed.

brilliant place, nice accomodation with friendly and helpful staff. always something happening and plenty of people from all over to chat to, or if they arent very interesting it is easy to get to other places in lilongwe. swimming pool, can get laundry done (but dont mix bright colours up in a bag!), good variety of breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the on site restaurant would recommend it to anyone.

Friday when I woke up I felt even better than I did Thursday; this is a relief. My stomach still has yet to fully recover but I am in a much better mood, the cramp has subsided, and I have fully regained my normal posture.

We spent the good part of ten hours working on our business model. We put together action plans and organized by p...
