      I woke up at a ridiculous hour (6am) for me (the sleep-a-holic) and walked the beautiful property here at Villa Hermosa outside of La Fortuna, Costa Rica. The birds were out in droves and I got to see woodpeckers and tanagers and hummingbirds frolicking in the morning sun.
