      This pastime is a lot more difficult than it looks. You have to heave your body onto the board, get yourself onto your knees and then stand up, all doing this without falling off. Oh yes, you are given a paddle which helps you to balance and paddle. Once you have perfected the art of balancing you then paddle with smooth strokes across the sea.
