    ... the Seychelles diving, golfing, more diving, and fishing. As a first dive destination, I definitely spoiled myself for the future. We had little internet, no TV, and no phone service. And I loved every minute of it. It was the perfect place for a small group to disappear. Although, when we go back, we'll definitely need a better solution to getting around (thanks for driving Sam).

    Oh, and everyone got a taste of Dubai at the end but that's a story for another time.

    ... at Reef Apartments only to find the room they gave us could not access our Isurf card. Devastated, we had to sit in the un-air conditioned lobby to use the net. I couldn't do it. It was too hot. The kids watched a few episodes of God –knows-what in the lobby while KC and I sat in air conditioning and read. The heat was clearing getting to us we were cranky in paradise and ready to leave. ...

    ... and it did not work so we had to go to the lobby and sit there and watch there. It still was not that good. Our shows kept passing half way through. In the lobby the air conditioning system consists of one fan blowing on low speed so it was HOT!

    For supper we had spaghetti. We went to bed early because we had to get up early.

    There’s much to seduce and tempt the eye on the island of Praslin. Anse Lazio beach is a great starter, cultured black pearls and a hinterland filled with exotic flora and fauna follow close behind. Ringing to the tune of rare and exotic birds, the Vallée de Mai is home to rarities such as the black parrot, the fruit pigeon and the Seychelles bulbul. Also thriving here ...

    ... ever.🚤⛵. On completion of this wonderful sunset cruise when the boat anchored in our bay, we all jumped overboard and swam back to the hotel. This swim has now become tradition and was a great way to end off the "lazy" day. Dinner🍴 was a seafood event, once again, see food and devour. After dinner we decided to have a moonlight picnic in the form of liquid refreshments as we had many half bottles to complete ...
