Pamper day

A travel blog entry by candiceanthony on May 28, 2015

... better one than at home. I wish I would have gotten one sooner! The lady was super cute too and wanted to know all about Canada. Anthony then went and got a haircut. This was the most in depth hair cut I have ever seen! The barber used like 7 different razors. He did such a good job and for only $5!! We both got so pampered today!! Then we had some pizza and headed back to the hostel for trivia and sushi ...

The time went way too quickly and we wished we could keep rafting. Having said that today we've woken up pretty bruised and sore so maybe it was a good thing! Back at the lodge we spent the afternoon jumping into the river and sunbathing on the rocks. Bliss! We've absolutely loved the last couple of ...

... had a few beers (each for HNL 30) and I had even one drink (HNL 35). Rum is very cheap on the island so most of the times itīs better just to get a mixed drink. We also tried a typical Garifuna drink, Gifiti, which was on the house. Regarding the food we just had some fries as a snack since the prices of meals were a little bit high.

Day 1: November 18, 2014

We woke up late without the alarm clock and had a very relaxing and easy day. Tez was writing for most ...
