... didn't. My Grandma would have been furious at what they were being 'taught'! They had bright blue marzipan icing that was rolled by an electric pasta roller. They quickly plonked it on the prepared cake then cut the excess off with a pizza cutter-very messily. They then attempted to do piping; I think sticking marshmallows on would have given the same effect and tasted nicer. Oh well, lesson learnt, don't do cake decorating classes on a cruise ...

We arrived in port this morning in Nassau, capital of the Bahamas. We got the shuttle bus from the ship across a bridge to Paradise Island and Atlantis!
