      ... up over the mountains on a two lane road with lots of traffic coming towards us. Finally, we merged back on to the 101 and we arrived in Santa Maria mid afternoon. The Elks is one of the nicest facilities we’ve encountered. It’s got about 13 full service spaces with a huge grassy area and a parking lot for us to walk Aragon.

      We have walked all of these loops a few times now and this is what we have observed:
      1. Many, many license plates from British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, and Alberta Canada. How aboot that, eh?

      ... on the trail alone, till I came on an old Ranger Station. It was about 50 feet from a clearing which made the view of the summit spectacular.
