... under the falls. The safari and walk weren't up to much, although we did learn the time process to farm palm hearts. The salads here often have palm hearts in them which are similar to artichoke hearts in taste and look. Apparently from the protected palm species in the park it takes 7years to mature and when farmed they get 1kg of Palm heart, after which the palm dies. Thankfully the palms which aren't protected and used for farming only take 3yrs to mature and don't die ...
