    We arrived this evening and checked into our really nice hotel. We then went back out to see if the visitor center was still open. It wasn't, so we went to check out a lighthouse, an old furnace at the Hiawatha National Forest, and a small town called Christmas. It was an enjoyable evening that ended with free pancakes at our hotel. ...

    ... sitting there for almost a year, under a tarp. Our neighbour might not have noticed had the gate been closed. So now there needs to be a police report filed from both the neighbour and my brother in law who lives in Vancouver. Gawd.....added brother in law apparently does not have insurance.... By the way, I only share this blog with specific people so please don't forward without asking....I would hate to think we have inadvertently let people know we are away ...
