... layer and ashes. The walls had wood and oil jars all around. City was set on fire, the roof fell and crushed the jars. It was probably 1700 to 1800 degree fire, as there is so much furl and air here. It melted the mud bricks and pottery. This all documented in Archeology review. This site shows the Bible's historical narrative is TRUE! Joshua has to have existed, it happened! Look at the evidence, as only a few places could destroy a city this big. It would be like a small town ...

... was a very well known arabic sweet shop. We went in and bought 3 different types of baklava. The sweets were flying out the bakery so fast, that you knew it was very fresh.

From here we headed southwest to Megiddo. Megiddo is built on a hill, whose foundations date back to the biblical era. The site was built on layer by layer, by the different civilizations. The old gates were probably ones stormed by Egyptian troops in 1468BC. There is evidence ...

We strolled along wooden walkways which hovered above the swampy waters and the big lake, some with blinds to watch the birds without disturbing them: nicely placed benches allowed us to peer out between the wooden slits. Pelicans swooped and dove, cormorants on old logs saucily spread their wings, and water buffalo grazed in ...

... fragments that will be at least 2400 years old). We went down 100+ steps to reach the underground spring that was the city's water source, with the original well walls still intact. A scrumptious lunch was enjoyed in a Druze village and I bought a great skirt in their shop. Nazareth village was the final stop of the day, an authentic village displaying life in the time of Jesus growing up and created on land that ...

Stayed here for one night in summer of 2012. Very comfortable spaceous room....however a little scary as the room was actually fit as a bomb shelter. Ein Harod is a rural village on the edge of the Jezereel valley, but pretty close to Beit Shen for whatever you need. it is adjacent to Ein harod pool which was completely dry when we visited, however we were there for the site of the Biblical Spring. People were very nice. the food was subpar to any other county lodge I've been to.
