... to the north and they are building a Pedestrian Bridge (I think, if I read the Development Plan correctly) that will cross the remains of the creek that formed the eastern and northern side of the fort site and connect them ... and, of course, I arrived just as two School Buses were pulling up, blocking the entry to the only parking area, so they could unload their cargo of little bra ... er, darlings ... school isn't ...

... a waterfront development created in 2010 in the place a derelict car park once stood. It was one of the first stages in the revitalisation of the waterfront.
Safe to say that when we got to Polson Pier we were sweaty, hot, thirsty and hungry. Our water had gone warm bleh. We expected this 'Pier' to be like Pier39 in San Francisco with lots of food and shops and bars etc.

... in the hostel, I decided that I wanted to go see a movie. So a group of us went out to go find the movie theatre and stopped for food along the way. We went to Subway and grabbed a bite to eat and then went to the movie theatre.

... to break up in a wonderfully emotional exchange. We still don't know what he did 'back in college' but we do know she 'still hasn't and probably won't ever get over it'.
