    ... a little to naive but I think a Good and fair Leader has nothing to fear and that seems to be the case here in Namibia. On arrival we buzzed the Koha Lodge and Jannie waited already with the Hangar-door open when we taxied on to the Ramp warm welcome , Airplane in Hangar then we had a Beer at the Lodge. Great day , if only CC would stop complaining about nothing .... its to hot in the Airplane ... it is not comfortable ect. ...

    ... This was at one time the World largest Diamond mining facility and the Sperrgebiet is large ranging from Luderitz all the way down the Fish river Canyon which borders South - Africa . Kottmanskop with The German History was abandoned around 1985 after no more Diamonds could be found , which at one time in the early 1900 could be found almost like pebbles on the Beach on this Place and made Oppenheimer and others very rich. ...

    ... dune where the boys have set up sunset drinks for us and a nice young couple from cologne. Drinks at the bar with the owners delightful son and a 10 yr old visitor. chatted to the owner and will send pics to her for their new website. Dinner is out by the pool and starts with springbok carpaccio - oxtail stew, bobootie pie, and oryx steak!! mouse or date pudding! Great meal! lovely people, could stay ...

    ... 400km bone-shaking drive we finally arrived at Sesriem campsite, under the shade of a wonderfully old camel thorn tree within a protective stone walled circle.     Our camper is 'compact' and reminds us of a 1970s ice cream van, but it does have 4WD, diff-lock and a 150L fuel tank!
