Day Eight
We were up and out early and did our morning walk on the beach. Wow – you could never tire of looking at this beautiful view. Breakfast is included in our hotel so back to indulge. Weekend at the beach!

Day 12
... amp;B, run by an Italian couple, Cinzia & Fiorenzo, who have lived here for 20 years. It only has two guest rooms, and is very pretty with a lovely garden. Fiorenzo has a black belt in karate, and there is a dojo (Japanese gym) in the garden so he can give lessons. He also gives shiatsu massage (perhaps I should let him loose on my stiff neck). As we were sitting outside with a glass of watermelon juice a monkey just wandered across the path and up a tree.

Lazy Rainy Day at the Rio
