We woke up after another loud/hot night of sleep and got out of Amsterdam quick. We hopped on the 7am train to Utrecht and arrived a short 30 minutes later. We have a good 1 mile walk to our AirBnB place and we already love this city, it's a smaller canal community with cute houses and nice people. ... of the big burger in New Zealand, only it was much cheaper. We ordered friete with mayonnaise and something to drink. We at dow on the windowsill of the art shop across the friete shoppe,of course the cameras were clicking away and photos sent to Jac. We got an open seat in front of the shoppe window and enjoyed the friete and eavhnother's company so much!!! Not exactly like apples or cider, and not exactly like beer.

The cafes along the canal have some customers during the day, but once the sun moves, become quickly deserted.
