        My tent has a mesh roof but I started with the weather cover over it in case it got chilly in the night, it didn't, it was hot, so i removed the cover, looked up to the most beautiful sky I've seen in a long time.....god given.         ... than I expected. My corn tortillas rolled up around shredded chicken with cooked carrots, sliced cooked potatoes covered in a deadly delicious mole sauce...what can I say...I'm Mexican,grew up on this stuff,I'm sixty five so my mom hasn't been around to cook this for a very long time, I closed my eyes and just enjoyed! The company of my daughter, great ambience , better food and a waiter that never failed in anything,,,I'll definitely be back! Very good choice mija,love ...

We leave Beijing at 0800, and will be back by 2300; over 1600 miles round trip , a stop lasting a couple of hours, all in the same day and on a train...totally awesome!!!!         ... quilt of different areas looking for a connecting thread. It holds very loosely together with no central theme running through it. Definitely worth seeing but two days was plenty. We are camped out near Canyon Lake now on the Guadalupe River, America's most southern trout fishery.......and probably the biggest toobing hole in the world. More about that later.
