From the coast to the desert....

... mean it was refreshing but I couldn't stay in for more than 5mins because I got cold and had to get out. Most times on a hot day when you jump in a pool to cool off the water is lukewarm and not even really refreshing so I don't know how they kept it cold, but it was good. We kept jumping in to cool off, then laying in the sun to get hot before hopping in again... Our campground is literally in the middle of nowhere off the side of the freeway so it's nice and quiet, I really like ...

After arriving into Las Vegas a few days ago I've been fighting the jet lag whilst staying in Bullhead City (about 2 hours South of Vegas). I appear to have brought the cold weather with me as the temperature in the desert isn't too warm, particularly at night.

Today we took a sentimental journey down Route 66. Anyone remember Buzz and Todd and their blue Corvette? We did some site seeing and geocaching. A wonderful hot day on the desert around 90 F.

We visited the AVI Casino for some photos and a visit to another flea market. Got home in time for happy hour and for Gwen to do laundry....

Watched the Brier final on Skype thanks to Lindsay. See multitasking photo. Yea Manitoba!!

Really heading north tomorrow. ...

We drove to this RV Park today and took a drive out to Oatman, AZ after we were settled. Friends said this is a very unique place and man were they right.

Oatman is an old mining ...
