... we can see the highway from our site, we could see the traffic continued to be backed up for several more hours - even as we were eating dinner... I feel sorry for the poor buggers still stuck in the traffic. Saturday 15.06.13: Happy Birthday Steve!! ... Houses with private plane hangars and an airstrip. Very fun, lots of nice folks and good food. Sunday/Monday - Diane and I left at 8am to head to Peoria, AZ to visit my boyfriend's mother and her friend Bonnie. Today we took a sentimental journey down Route 66. Anyone remember Buzz and Todd and their blue Corvette? We did some site seeing and geocaching. A wonderful hot day on the desert around 90 F.

We visited the AVI Casino for some photos and a visit to another flea market. Got home in time for happy hour and for Gwen to do laundry....

Watched the Brier final on Skype thanks to Lindsay. See multitasking photo. Yea Manitoba!!

Really heading north tomorrow. ...

We reluctantly left Lake Havasu which is one of the nicest places we have stayed at. Dry camping at the lake was wonderful with weather in the 30's.

We drove to this RV Park today and took a drive out to Oatman, AZ after we were settled. Friends said this is a very unique place and man were they right.
