I awoke this morning at 5am and looked out our room's window on the 18th floor to see beautiful white mountains. Took my shower got dressed and enjoyed a nice cup of hot coffee while waiting for Dave and Elisa to wake up.
Around 7:00am Dave and Elisa woke up and rolled out of bed about ½ hour later. We all admired the morning view with all the snow on the mountains.
After we all were dressed we went to venture out to find a restaurant here ...
... stopped at 3 or 4 more view points and in a few small towns for a walk around. The cabins here were absolutely massive. They must have cost millions. In each town/village we passed through, there would be a sign saying the name of the city and population underneath it. I remember thinking to myself population 350..... estimated average income.... $2,000,000 annually. These people must have been filthy rich. Our final stopping point of the day was ...
... which inevitably makes you look weirder!! Our original flight was supposed to have a stop over in Portland, but due to the flight change yesterday, our stopover was in San Francisco. Our half an hr flight to Reno was in a small plane & we were seated in the first row...another first for the trip!
