Gwahumbe Reserve Game & Spa Durban

... in Durban is limited. Despite almost constant rain, I've enjoyed walking around the city a bit and visiting several small museums.

Tomorrow I'm heading up into the northern Drakensberg mountains, where I hope the weather will be good enough to hike and ride horseback over the next couple of days.

I carted my bags down to curbside at 2:15 AM and went off in search of a taxi to take me to the Emirates Airline office where I'd pick up the shuttle bus to Dubai Airport. I found one handily but then almost forgot my Blackberry on the back seat. Thankfully the taxi driver saw me whoopin' and hollering and stopped so I could retrieve it. Close shave!

... days in Durban and we enjoyed our time here. We went to Sea World at U Shaka ~ no, that is not a typo, there is a Sea World with dolphin and seal shows. It was about 5euro to get in and was well worth it in my opinion. You can dive in the aquariums here for relatively cheap, but we didn't bother. South Africa is really... white. Durban is dangerous at night and there
is a huge mall. They have blackouts every day for two hours at two in
the afternoon, and even the malls shut down.
