... bit cooler too. I have been struck by how clean this city is. Faces of buildings, streets. It's very inviting and welcoming. Supposed to be 37º tomorrow, so the heatwave continues. We found the best route from our area to Schonbrunn Palace for tomorrow on Rome2Rio, Maryann. Miss Margaret knows the way, and she agrees that it looks like the logical route. I've only been here for half a day, but from the little I've seen, Vienna ...

Today is our last day in Vienna and we couldn't leave without seeing some horses, so off to the Spanish Riding School we trotted (see what I did there?). There were no performances while we were here so we saw the morning training session. Which turned out to be numerous groups of five horses walking, trotting and prancing around. The horses are beautiful of course, and there were a couple of horses being taught how to do things, but the rest was ...

... Went inside the St Stephens cathedral and to the catacombs below. This was spooky but interesting. We spent the afternoon having a tour of the Schnapps museum. Company was started by the tour guides family, he was very funny and tasted some if their produce after. Had to try the golden flake shot simply to say I have shot gold. Look forward to returning to this city on our next trip trough ...
