... that we were Amie’s. This was so funny, we started laughing, which I’m sure didn’t help the situation at all. But this is what Dieter says that the German’s call us. I guess the Austrians do too. Oh watch out for those Amie’s!!!

A hint: In Europe you must bring your own bags to the grocery stores and you must bag your own groceries. Cuts down on the trash that’s for use. Best to bring a back pack or bag to carry your stuff home ...

... as Schonbrunn but has a large pond infront of it which had ducks swimming in it. The other side had huge gardens and we sat there in the sun for a while before getting the bus back to the centre. The main drop off point for the bus was at the Opera House and there was lots of men dressed up trying to sell tickets for the opera - we never bought any though!

At night we went out for dinner again - another Italian! ...

... our guide said, "when he was alive, no landlord wanted him in their building; now that he is dead, they want to charge double to rent for an apartment lived in by a guy who slipped out in the middle of the night without paying his bill." ... which I was probably pretty lucky to find. I had ravioli for lunch, and then a delicious hot chocolate. It had chilli in it, and whipped cream on top. Almost like the hot chocolate in chocolat!! After a while my table was hijacked by some old Italian women wanting to sit down. Sharing is caring I guess haha.

... Walked into town via Kohlmarkt and arrived at the St Stephens cathedral. WOW! Did a lot of eating after that then decided to check out Prater Park. This is an amusement park on the north side of town. It's free to walk around - you just pay for each ride. I couldn't resist the haunted houses. afterall, it's October. Of course I ran into a wall in the dark and had a swearing for. Sorry kiddos! ...
