      ... by this time a lot of the fog surrounding Arenal had cleared so we got a couple of nice pics too. The decent took probably as long as the ascent, due to the mud. Joe succumbed to the slip of the mud once.

      While waiting for our pre-arranged 2 taxis, had time to stop at the next door Hummingbird Gallery where these energetic birds were buzzing around sipping on the nectar. Trying to take a photo and stopping them in mid-flight was near impossible.
