... to relax and do a few more things. Yesterday, we went to Salvatura and walked the Suspension Bridges through the Cloud Forest. That was $30 each and included the shuttle. The Zip-lining was an extra $45 so we gave that a pass. We saw a few birds and animals, and lots of trees and plants. We met a couple from Sweden and spent part of the walk talking to them and taking photos.
Today, we are headed to Monteverde Cloud Forest.

At about $22-25 and 3-3.5 hours, this is the quickest route to La Fortuna, as the alternate is 7-8hours of bus on bad roads. The van drive is scenic, the lake crossing is nice, then the final van trip is only about 30mins into La Fortuna.

... transfer picked us up at 3pm. The Baldi hot springs is like a thermal pool theme park. There were 3 slides open and they were fast! One had you sliding at 45km per hr and you hit the water hard! I got a bit of whiplash too! We spent the rest of the afternoon moving from one pool to another and they were different temperatures. Some were way too hot and others were just right.
