Excellent place for couple getaway. Private. Great accommodations. Friendly staff decent food...but it is not about the food. We booked next year in advance.

... a wonderfully well tended and run place which is just in back of the Ephraim Shores Hotel, so prime location- only a minute walk to the shore, and in the heart of town. ... knotty pine paneling and oh, the decor. But it was clean, quiet and comfortable, plus Addie made a new friend this morning with Spanky, the owner's dog.

We crossed the lake this morning on the Lake-Express ferry from Muskegon, MI to Milwaukee, WI. It was a 2.5 hour passage, and I knew I would have to leave Addie in the car. She's fine in the car, so I wasn't too worried...until we pulled up and the gentleman at the gate said 'There's ...
