... wild and not used to humans or once re-introduced they would head back to villages and cause trouble looking for human interaction. We were lucky to go. Since its the monsoon season all of our trips have taken place during the morning, allowing us to return back to the hotel by latest mid afternoon and relax for the rest of the day. Sigiriya Rock
