We got what I am classing as half a critter – Peg spotted an armadillo right at the entrance to a side road; unfortunately it was dead.     The show consisted of a variety of horse acts including roman riders, trick riders, a variation on barrel racing, buckboard races, a square dance on horseback; and a great finale of flags and lights that got very complicated when they had a power outage in the middle.     ... is truly at a point of land surrounded on three sides with water. What was interesting to me on the drive here are the numbers of condos, resorts, campgrounds, restaurants that line both sides of the narrow road -- almost all with fabulous views of the lake.     9/15 Arrived in Branson about noon and got settled in and toured around town. Figured out what to do and places to see. So we signed up to the see the a show called the "Haygoods", this is a familty of performers who have lived in Branson all their lives. Good show.
