... the tvs near us and a table full of order men playing cards. It was a nice atmosphere, but we were some of the only people eating, since it was too early for dinner, at 7pm. This whole siesta and eating a meal after 8 wasn't working too well for us, but we were doing our best.

After what might well have been our most expensive coffees of the whole trip at some cool hotel on the river, we headed to the Electricity Museum and a great couple of hours (I know - I really wasn't expecting it either!) but they have created an interactive and really informative museum and we had a great time there. Loved the hand generator that allowed you to shock your unsuspecting friends!
We stayed at the 'Yes Hostel' for 2 nights..great place! First night we all had dinner together cooked by Isabel and then joined the pub crawl. Awesome night but a bit of a blur the next day.Feeling a little sorry for ourselves in the afternoon, the news of a broken window in our car wasn't great.
