    ... present too. Miami beach/south beach reminds me of the Gold Coast; tall sky scraper buildings lining the long stretch of beach front. The water was warmer than back home too - south coast anyway, but was still chilly when first getting in and we had to get out after about 20 minutes to warm up again.     ... not travel over a concrete road, but moves along on a road covered with river rock as the top layer. The rocks act as ball bearings under the crawler’s tracks and provide a very smooth surface as the rocks are crushed by the weight.

    From there we drove by one of the launch pads where they have begun preparation for the next generation of rockets and space ships that will take humans beyond the moon.

    ... that another beer could be put on her tab, so I'm guessing the wine might have been opened a while, the beer comes from a cooler behind the bar, still it was another experience. Then on the way back go in to Earls Hideaway Bar which was much more lively and a young couple sit next to us & we get talking when she lights her zambuka and pours it flaming into another glass then drinks it & sucks the alcohol ...

    ... get carpet cleaners up to the house, he was one tired puppy by yesterday. Luckily, the closing went off without a hitch and we are now the happy owners of only TWO houses instead of three! Bob flew back to Chicago yesterday and slept like a baby last night! (Well, better than a baby, actually!)
