        ... 13 5:30 - am - again. Another butter breakfast, another tough morning, to get up. We fished the other side on Wednesday.  I had no epic catches, but it was an amazing day on the water.  Another rich cajun dinner and I was spent.  Headed home tomorrow! 5/14 - not such an early morning.  YEA!         ... Street then another from Canal street to Carrollton Washington Ave. then the RTA Bus to the Airport. I saw the night life was looking good when I left but decide it was better to be "safe than sorry" to get get back home to the Hotel. I was pretty lucky and it worked out well and I got the bus before the very last one.         ... to meet so many great people from all around this great country of ours. If and when the 50/50 picks up again, Ive got standing invitations all around the country to come visit when I am in (fill in the blank state). So, for now, signing off in Louisiana and driving today over to start a new chapter in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to work with the Habitat affiliate which has re-started there after the tornado.         Wellll, Brother Bart and Baby Alysssa are heading back to Boston tomorrow. The Plaquimines parish portion of Fuller Center Disaster Rebuilders is really winding down now. We went over to Alabama this past Sunday/Monday to make a last ditch effort to see if we could move the camp over there instead of mothballing the operation. The same tornado that hit Tuscaloosa on April 27th touched down again later in the day in numerous spots ...

        This past week closes a chapter of sorts for Fuller Center Disaster Rebuilders. We just sent off our last groups of volunteers who worked with us all week to complete the last of the four new homes we have built here in Plaquimines parish, Louisiana. We had a group of three repeat offenders ( or boomerangers) from Wisconsin- Alan Park and Lee Struck and Mary the Princess.
